The short version
You can play every game without an account. We keep the least we need: an address to send new-game alerts if you turn them on, cookieless counts of how the store is used, and, only with your consent where the law asks for it, the Meta Pixel to measure our ads. We don't sell your data.
On your phone
The store keeps the games you played and your settings in your browser's storage. They stay on your phone. Each game can also save its own progress on your phone.
New game alerts
If you turn on alerts, your browser gives us a push address and its keys. We store them to send you one message when a new game is out, and for nothing else. Turn alerts off in Profile, or in your phone's settings, and we delete the address. Addresses that stop working are deleted automatically.
Analytics
We use Umami, run by omg.dev at analytics.omg.dev. It sets no cookies and builds no profile of you. It counts page views and store events such as playing a game, installing the store and turning on alerts.
Ads
We advertise the store on Meta. To measure those ads, the Meta Pixel can record that you opened the store, played a game, installed it or turned on alerts. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the Pixel loads only after you accept, and the choice you make here or on omg.dev applies to both. .
Signing in
Sign-in is optional and uses your omg.dev account. The omg.dev Privacy Policy covers that account. When you are signed in, the store keeps the list of games you played with your account, so it shows on every phone you sign in on, and notes the game and ad campaign you first signed in from. Sign out in Profile at any time; to delete this list, contact us.
The Android app
The omg games app on Google Play opens this same store in Chrome, so everything on this page applies to it. The app itself collects nothing more. Google Play may share install details with us, such as the ad that led to the install, as described in Google's own privacy policy.
The games
Every game is an omg.dev app, served from omgs.app inside the store. This policy applies to them too.
Children
omg games is for a general audience. We don't ask for names or email addresses to play, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you think a child gave us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
